Guardian deity
Is she a guardian deity?
She intuitively senses my discomfort
And lets a gentle breeze blow
All tiredness then melts away like ice under the sun
But I fear her for these winds chill me to the bone too sometimes
Where the good dogs go after they die
They go into the ground Where it is cold and damp Their bones melt away into the soil and maggots feast on what once gave animation to a body But their food bowl is buried with them That remains!
